Sort Your Life Out - looking for help?
Sort Your Life Out seek carers
BBC One’s Sort Your Life Out is returning in 2026 and is currently looking for households where clutter has taken over daily life.
The show sees Stacey Solomon and her team help families declutter, reorganise, and transform their homes in just one week.
Has life made your home harder to manage? Do you need your space to change but don’t know where to start?
Looking for carers to help
The company that make the programme are looking for all sorts of families, in all sorts of housing (owned, rented, shared; whether house or flat), however, they are particularly keen to find a carer household to help.
They say: “We’d like to include a family where someone has caring responsibilities, so we can reflect a wider range of family experiences and home lives that aren’t often seen on television.”
Life-changing
Stacey and the team would help declutter and transform the home, an experience many previous families have described as genuinely life-changing.
If your home is in desperate need of a declutter, the team would be keen to hear from you. You can apply on their website.
